1. Formation of contract
With your order, you submit a binding offer to form a contract with us. At the point of time of delivery, or when we send you an order confirmation via email we accept your offer. At the point of time of delivery, or when we send you an order confirmation via email a binding contract is formed.

For orders in our online shop, the order process comprises on 4 steps. In the first step, you select the desired products. In the second step, you enter your customer information, including invoice and delivery addresses. In the third step, you have the chance to check your order data (e.g. Name, Address, Payment option, ordered items) before you sumbit your order by clicking “Commit to buy”.

For reseller orders, the order process comprises of 2 steps. In the first step, you select the desired reseller pack (e.g. with our paper order form). In the second step, you send us your order, including your invoice and delivery address via fax or email. A paper invoice will be sent with the delivery.

2. Saving of the contract terms
The contract terms of your order will be saved. You will be able to print these out when you print your order. We will also send you a confirmation with the order data and our general terms and conditions of sale via email.

3. Retention of ownership
All delivered goods remain our property until full payment has been made.

4. Prices, shipping costs, returns
All prices displayed are end prices including value added taxes, unless otherwise specified. The minimum order quantity is 0 euros.
Shipping costs

If you choose to make use of your right of revocation, you are responsible for all shipping charges. This also applies if you have not yet paid the invoiced amount or a contractually agreed partial payment at the time of cancellation.

5. Terms of delivery
The delivery times named in the offer apply to the order. These delivery times starts at the time of payment. For orders that are paid for by invoice or direct debit, the delivery time starts when the contract is received by us.

6. Terms of payment
For online orders, payments can be made in advance by bank-transfer, PayPal or direct debit. We reserve the right to exclude individual payment options.

For reseller orders, payments can be made via invoice with bank-transfer or direct debit. The invoice must be paid within the stated period of payment.

7. Warranty
The warranty is based on the statutory provisions in Germany. If second-hand goods are the subject of the transaction and the buyer is not the consumer, the warranty is excluded. If the customer is the consumer, the warranty period when buying used items is one year.
