But almost nobody trains their skin. And yet, it\u2019s often the real limiting factor.<!--more--><\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1204\" data-end=\"1397\">You\u2019ve probably felt it: you\u2019re strong, you\u2019ve got the move, and then you just slip. Or you have a great session, and the next day your skin is completely wrecked. That\u2019s not random. It\u2019s because your skin isn\u2019t aligned with what you\u2019re asking it to do.<\/p>\n<h2 data-section-id=\"4953rz\" data-start=\"1511\" data-end=\"1540\">Not all skin is the same<\/h2>\n<p data-start=\"1542\" data-end=\"1597\">In climbing, there\u2019s no \u201cgood\u201d or \u201cbad\u201d skin. There are different skin types, and each one needs a different strategy.
